French-Algerian sensation Yacine Adli will reject a move to the Premier League giants Arsenal and sign a three-year professional contract with Paris Saint-Germain, according to Paris United, as quoted by Get French Football News.
The report from France states that sporting director Antero Henrique convinced the wonderboy to stay in Paris, despite previous states suggesting that a move to the Gunners was all-but complete.
Reports have suggested that Spanish manager Unai Emery was going to make the midfielder one of his first signings at the club by swooping in with a professional deal offer, however, that no longer emerges to be the case.
The attacking midfielder was expected to sign a three-year deal at the Emirates Stadium, which would include the option for a further year.
The news will come as a huge blow to Arsenal, with Adli one of the highly-rated young players coming through at the Ligue 1 giants.
While Yacine was not expected to feature extensively in the senior-team picture during the new campaign, the Gunners have missed out on a bright ace for the future.
