Chelsea forward Alvaro Morata is pressing for a return to one-team club Juventus, according to Italian website Calciomercato.
Alvaro moved to the Blues previous summer for a £60 million but has failed to make an impression and has become more customary to the bench rather than the pitch in the latest weeks.
15 goals in all competitions from 46 matches have failed to impress the Blues fans, with only three of those coming in 2018 following a powerful start to the campaign.
Spain international signed for the Italian giants Juventus from Real Madrid back in 2014 but after two campaigns, Madrid used a release clause for him to return to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Throughout his time in Serie A Alvaro Morata had lots of success, winning the trophy twice and reaching the Champions League final, where he netted the equaliser in an eventual 3-1 defeat to Barcelona.
Morata has previously claimed he was reluctant to depart from Italy two years ago, so a return there would make sense for Spanish player.
The Blues would want to regain as much of the fee club’s hierarchy paid as possible, allowing them to reinvest on a new forward this summer transfer market.
