Chelsea linked with move for 25-year-old left-back

The Premier League giants Chelsea reportedly want to land Layvin Kurzawa from Paris Saint-Germain upcoming summer transfer window.

According to reports from SFR Sport, as quoted by Calciomercato, the Blues are leading Juventus in the hunt to sign the impressive wing-back.

Kurzawa has been strongly linked with a transfer away from Paris in recent weeks and The Old Lady have emerged as a potential destination for the French/Polish player. After all, if reports are to be believed, Layvin Kurzawa is in favour of a move to the Premier League.

Chelsea signed Emerson Palmieri from AS Roma only in the January transfer window as they strengthen their left-sided defensive variants. After all, Juventus’ Alex Sandro continues to be connected, while Kurzawa has now also been touted with a switch to Stamford Bridge.

The 25-year-old wing-back has made 17 starts for the French side in Ligue 1 this season and also started six matches in the Champions League for his team.

Kurzawa remains a key part in PSG’s senior-team plans but with the club set to undergo a lot of changes in the next few months with Spaniard Unai Emery likely to be substituted, the defender may seek an exit route.
