The Premier League giants Chelsea reportedly want to land Layvin Kurzawa from Paris Saint-Germain upcoming summer transfer window.
According to reports from SFR Sport, as quoted by Calciomercato, the Blues are leading Juventus in the hunt to sign the impressive wing-back.
Kurzawa has been strongly linked with a transfer away from Paris in recent weeks and The Old Lady have emerged as a potential destination for the French/Polish player. After all, if reports are to be believed, Layvin Kurzawa is in favour of a move to the Premier League.
Chelsea signed Emerson Palmieri from AS Roma only in the January transfer window as they strengthen their left-sided defensive variants. After all, Juventus’ Alex Sandro continues to be connected, while Kurzawa has now also been touted with a switch to Stamford Bridge.
The 25-year-old wing-back has made 17 starts for the French side in Ligue 1 this season and also started six matches in the Champions League for his team.
Kurzawa remains a key part in PSG’s senior-team plans but with the club set to undergo a lot of changes in the next few months with Spaniard Unai Emery likely to be substituted, the defender may seek an exit route.
Chelsea FC have joined Premier League giants Manchester City in the hunt to sign Eder Gabriel Militao from Brazilian sides Sao Paulo, according to a report from Darren Lewis of British national daily tabloid newspaper The Mirror.
The Brazilian is one of the most talented young players in world football, with the likes of Porto, Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund also keeping tabs on him.
Eder Gabriel Militao’s versatility will be a big benefit to whichever club the 20-year-old centre-back chooses to join, as he is comfortable playing at right back and centre midfield as well.
Sao Paulo are evidently looking for offers of around £20m before they even plan to sell one of their prized assets, and with so much interest in Eder Militao, it looks very likely that some interested club will be willing to break the bank to get him.
Chelsea FC will be looking to find the new top quality players to rebuild their squad after a disappointing campaign and it seems like Eder Gabriel Militao will be one of the players on their list of goals.
The Premier League rivals West Ham United have eyed a summer move for Chelsea FC central midfielder Danny Drinkwater, according to the British daily broadsheet newspaper The Telegraph.
Danny has struggled for game time since moving to Chelsea FC for £35 million in the Summer transfer window.
Now The Telegraph report that West Ham United are interested in a deal for the defensive midfielder, who looks set to leave Chelsea FC after only one campaign.
A big stumbling barrier in any potential deal could be Chelsea’s valuation. After all, the club are keen to recoup a large amount of money for the midfielder and could put a price tag of over £30 million, something that could put off any potential prospective buyers.
Danny formed a successful partnership with N’Golo Kante at Leicester, helping the Foxes to the 2016 Premier League trophy. After all, he and Kante have only started in partnership six times at Chelsea FC.
AS Monaco are also interested in landing another of Chelsea’s midfield purchases from last Summer, Tiemoue Bakayoko, however, Danny is more likely to depart from Stamford Bridge than the French defensive midfielder.
