Chelsea reportedly set to hold talks with agents of Brazilian talent

The Premier League sides Chelsea appear to be interested in a deal to sign Malcom from the French club Bordeaux this summer.

The promising attacker has been the subject of a lot of interest from Premier League clubs in the latest months, and if French reports are to be believed, the Blues are in the race for Brazilian’s signature.

According to the daily French newspaper Sud-Ouest, as reported by Get French Football News via Twitter, Malcom’s agents recently flew into England for negotiations with Premier League clubs.

The Blues are currently in the midst of an undetermined managerial situation, with Italian manager Antonio Conte set to depart. Although, no replacement has yet been appointed, with Maurizio Sarri now unlikely to substitute his compatriot.

This does not appear to have hindered the Blues in their aim to recruit prodigy ahead of next season, though, with Malcom evidently a target.

It’s stated that Bordeaux are seeking a deal worth €50m for their key man, with both Chelsea and their Premier League rivals Liverpool named as the clubs keen to sign the player after negotiations.
