Liverpool are reportedly leading the race for England championship club Fulham sensation Ryan Sessegnon, according to a report.
The Mirror reported that Jurgen Klopp’s side alongside with Man United and Manchester City are all interested in singing one of the best prospects in English football.
The 16-year-old defender is regarded as one of the most outstanding talents in the championship and being dubbed as the “new Gareth Bale, an attacking left-back who is a prolific goal creator and scorer.
It is believed that the Championship club are keen to tie down Sessegnon with a new deal, however, the player himself is believed to be keen on to sign one of the Premier League giants during the January transfer window.
The talented full-back has become the Championship’s youngest scorer just four days after he made his league debut in a 1-1 draw at Leeds and being tipped to have a bright future in English football.
Sessegnon is the latest star graduate of the highly rated Fulham academy, which has produced a number of outstanding young talents in recent years, including Mousa Dembele and Patrick Roberts.
