£140,000-a-week Chelsea star reportedly attracting suitors from Germany

Chelsea forward Alvaro Morata has reportedly been lined up for a switch to Germany, with Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund connected with swoops for the player.

Spain international has been eyed by several sides in recent weeks, as his future at West London continues to come under scrutiny.

Following the striker’s big-money move from Real Madrid in the summer window of 2017, Morata has flattered to deceive and has struggled to develop consistency in a Blues shirt.

This has prompted speculation connecting him with a departure from Chelsea, as clubs from across the continent ponder January moves.

According to reports from Marca, as quoted by Calciomercato, two new possible suitors have emerged in the hunt for Morata’s signature, with Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund both keen.

Sevilla are reportedly pushing to conclude a deal for the ex-Juventus man as they look to offer the star a route back to his native Spain this month.

The Blues have been connected with several strikers in the latest times with Maurizio Sarri interested in adding more firepower to his ranks ahead of the second half of the campaign.
