Arsenal eyeing move for 23-year-old Serbian forward

Real Madrid’s Marco Asensio is keen on moving to Arsenal as the player nears the end of his time at Los Blancos.

The Spanish forward is one of the many stars struggling to get regular playing time at the Bernabeu.

It has been tough for manager Carlo Ancelotti to fit everyone into his plans, yet the outfit still wants to land Kylian Mbappe.

Their interest in the France international almost certainly means the attacker will hardly get game time again.

El Nacional claims Marco knows his current run in the Galacticos team would vanish as soon as Kylian moves to the Spanish capital, and he’s working on his next potential destination.

AC Milan and Tottenham made moves for the wide man months ago, but Asensio turned them down.

Both teams remain in the running, but the report adds that he prefers to move to Mikel Arteta’s side.

The Premier League giants need quality attackers, and it’s good to hear the ex-Mallorca ace wants to sign for the club.

Injuries have plagued his career. However, Marco remains one of the finest out there, and Gunners fans would love to see him net some of his marvellous goals for their beloved club.

Asensio has four goals and an assist from 14 competitive matches this season.
