Arsenal started negotiations with 21-year-old Israel international

The London giants are reportedly firming up their transfer interest in Shakhtar Donetsk winger Manor Solomon after his eye-catching displays. Israel international has notably impressed in UCL games with Man City and Real Madrid in recent campaigns, and he’s now being linked as a target for Arsenal.

Gunners could do with bringing in more quality in front-line at the moment after their slow start to the campaign, with footballers like Nicolas Pepe and Willian really not delivering enough. Even Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has struggled for form, and it might be that adding the skills of Manor to the side could make a big difference.

Solomon looks to have a bright future in the game and it would be exciting to see him move to the PL next. Gunners have a proud history of identifying some of the world’s best young talent, and the 21-year-old winger certainly looks like he comes into that category.

The Spanish manager says he has spoken with midfielder Lucas Torreira about his current situation as he struggles for playing time on loan at Atletico Madrid. The Uruguayan midfielder fell out of favour at the London club for much of last campaign and left Arsenal for more game time this term, with La Liga giants looking a good fit for him.
