Mino Raiola has confirmed that Chelsea and Manchester United transfer target Matthijs de Ligt is eager to leave Juventus and seek a new challenge next summer.
The Old Lady signed Dutchman in 2019, and he has since gone on to play 94 games for the team across all competitions.
However, Italian giants have struggled to match their recent success in the past two seasons, missing out on the Serie A trophy for the first time since 2010-11 last season and currently sitting seventh in the table this campaign.
De Ligt’s agent has now confirmed that the 22-year-old defender is “ready for a new step”, and revealed that a move to the Premier League could be on the agenda.
The likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have been credited with an interest in De Ligt in the past, however, Raiola also confirmed that the Cataln giants, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are likely to be in the running too.
“I think we all know which clubs to mention for Matthijs de Ligt as ‘next step’. We will see this summer,” Raiola told NOS.
“Premier League? It can be Barcelona too, or Real Madrid or Paris Saint-Germain.”
The Blues are believed to be one of the most interested parties in the former Ajax skipper while Man Utd new boss is believed to be a huge fan of his talent.
