Liverpool favourites to sign €30m-rated Bundesliga playmaker

Ryan Gravenberch joined Bayern Munich at the start of the campaign but has failed to make his mark thus far. And his agent was reportedly at Liverpool as the Reds look to sign him on a loan deal.

The Netherlands international is yet to start a single Bundesliga game for the Bavarians, and he needs to play more regularly to continue his development and fulfill his potential. The Merseyside giants desperately need midfield reinforcements, and Gravenberch could prove to be a quality short-term edition.

Ryan is an excellent passer from the deep, and his ability to pick out teammates from the long range will be an asset for Liverpool. Furthermore, the 20-year-old midfielder will provide some much-needed defensive cover to the Reds centre-backs, and he can be quite effective with his long-range efforts.

The Dutch midfielder is dominant in the air as well, and the Reds would certainly benefit from having someone like him on their side. Footballers like Henderson and Fabinho have regressed massively this campaign, and Liverpool have struggled as a result of that.

Jurgen Klopp needs to reinforce the engine room of his side in order for the Reds to turn things around during the second half of the season. The Dutchman Is likely to be tempted to join a club like Liverpool if the chance comes along. Gravenberch is highly rated across Europe and he has the potential to develop into a world-class footballer.
