Serie A outfits Sampdoria are willing to sell Colombian forward Luis Muriel to a foreign club, according to the reports.
The news will come as a huge boost for Liverpool who were keeping tabs on 26-year-old forward since the January transfer window.
The Colombian has found the net for 10 times in Serie A and Sampdoria were reluctant to let him go as they are not believed that they will find a suitable replacement.
However, according to TuttoMercato, Sampdoria have softened and now ready to listen offers for Colombian forward.
Although, the 26-year-old will only be allowed to leave abroad that gives Liverpool advantage in the transfer race over Inter Milan that have also expressed interest for South American hotshot.
And now Liverpool planning to make a bid for the £20m-rated forward.
Meanwhile, another Serie A star who might be heading to Merseyside could be Inter Milan shot-stopper Samir Handanovic.
Handanovic has been one of the best goalkeepers in Serie A, however, The Sun reported that he could be flogged to Liverpool during the summer transfer window with Inter planning to free up funds for the transfer market.
