Not Ramsey: Chelsea handed brilliant chance to sign UCL giants contract rebel

Chelsea-linked midfielder Adrien Rabiot is reportedly free to leave Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain when the transfer window reopens in the new year.

According to reports in the Italian media, Adrien will be allowed to move on during the winter transfer market, with Juventus among the clubs keen to complete a January deal.

Rabiot has been heavily connected with a host of clubs as he approaches the end of his current contract with the Ligue 1 champions.

The versatile midfielder has been a long-term target for the Reds, and Jurgen Klopp’s side have reportedly made contact regarding of a deal recently.

Should he decide not to complete a transfer away from Paris Saint-Germain in January, Adrien will be free to discuss terms over a summer move.

It had been suggested that Frenchman was close to signing a new contract with the French side, but that no longer appears to be the case with the transfer rumours indicating no signs of slowing down.
